Wayne T. Wiles, President
Wayne Wiles formed Wayne Wiles Floor Coverings, Inc. in 1985. He has overseen the successful launch and rapid growth of this premier southwest Florida services and floor covering company. While he has served in a variety of functions, his most recent responsibilities have been as president, where he provides the company’s strategic direction and coordinates operating, financing and investing activities. Prior to founding Wayne wiles Carpets, he was Executive Vice President of a floor covering business where he started as a helper installing carpet and vinyl flooring, became a master installer then switched to sales. Wayne serves as a board member of the World Floor Covering Association.
Mark Wiles, Vice President
Mark Wiles joined the business in 1987. He currently serves as Vice President with day to day responsibility for all operations. Prior to his promotion to Vice President in 1997, Mark was in sales for approximately ten years. During this time he successfully brought several national builder accounts to the company. Prior to his sales experience, he was involved in installation for about six years starting as a helper and progressing to master installer.
